“If it ain’t broken don’t fix it” – A perfect excuse to avoid improvements

We know that some of the activities in our manufacturing line are inefficient and cause unnecessary problems but it is difficult for us to make the changes.

Why is that?

A manufacturing line is one of the most business environments. There is never a dull moment…. I am sure that all of us feel the same.

We, the team that manages manufacturingת are busy with so many tasks, some of them are urgent.
